On Wednesday, September 18th at the museum we held another meeting in the series "With John Paul II to the future", which guest was editor-in-chief of the weekly "Sunday" - Father mitred prelate Monsignor Ireneusz Skubis, chaplain for students, Vice-President of the Episcopal Commission for Culture and Social Communications, a member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.

Another distinguished guest, who arrived on August 22nd  in our walls was Cardinal Stanislaw Rylko. Cardinal serves in the Roman Curia as President of the Pontifical Council for the Laity. He was responsible for the organization of the World Youth Day in Cologne and Sydney.

On August 22nd we hosted representatives of the Board of Directors of the Knights of Columbus. They are: Mike O'Connor - a member of the Board of Directors of the Supreme Council, Szymon Czeszek - lawyer of the Supreme Council and Leszek Waksmundzki - consultant to the Supreme Council for the development of the Knights of Columbus in Poland.

On August Meeting "With John Paul II into the future ..." we hosted doctor Roberto Mari, Arturo Mari's brother. The  well known and highly respected Roman gyneaologist arrived with his wife Antonella Morina. It was their first visit to Poland.

Today, in our Museum we hosted a Polish film and television actor, screenwriter and director - Marcin Jonas Krawczyk,  who arrived in the company of his friend father Sebastian Matecki - the prior of Jasna Góra Monastery.

On Thursday, July 18 we held in our museum a meeting under the motto: "With John Paul to the future," which was led by the famous Polish numismatist, Mr. Bernard Marek Adamowicz, a collector from Legnica, the owner of the beautiful medals with Pope John Paul II.
"John Paul II. Medals. And what's next ... "- this is the theme that prevailed during the meeting.

On the 11th of July at a meeting of the city council, the museum director Krzysztof Witkowski received from the President of Czestochowa Christopher Matyjaszczyk - a badge of honor "Merit for Polish Culture" given to him in May by Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland - Bogdan Zdrojewski.

Since the 4th of July visitors  at the museum can see an exhibition of paintings by local artist - Bartosz Frączek. The presented set of the works come from the series entitled: 'Places seen ". These are paintings inspired by the cities the author visited  during his many travels.

On 23 June - in Krakow Lagiewniki the church of Blessed John Paul II was consecrated by Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz.
