Mayor of Altötting in our Museum

On August 26th at the Museum we hosted the mayor of Altötting - a German town in Bavaria. Mayor Herbert Hofauer visited Czestochowa on the invitation of the local government. Altötting is on the list of cities  befriended with Czestochowa. Altötting is famous for a shrine of our Lady with the statue of Black Madonna. Thanks to Courtesy of the City of Czestochowa, a replica of the Black Madonna of Altötting is currently presented among the collections of our Museum.
