On Tuesday - March 18 - the Museum hosted Mrs Caroline Kaczorowska, the widow of President Richard Kaczorowski. The main part of the visit was another meeting from the cycle "With John Paul II to the future". In the morning First Lady met with the youth from Częstochowa.
Delegates from 16 schools came to the meeting. The official part was started by the General Director of the Institute of the Republic of Tradition - Gniewomir Rokosz-Kuczynski. He outlined the historical context of the fate of the Poles after 1939, the realities of war and the fate of our compatriots from the eastern lands.
The First Lady in her speech talked about her, times of emigration and exile. She stressed the immense love and longing for the homeland, to which she could return only after 60 years. As a Pole, scout and teacher tried to convey her patriotism to today's youth .
The meeting was graced by word-musical performance by the youth from High School of Traugutt, performance of Claromontane Boys’ Choir Pueri Claromontani conucted by Jaroslaw Jasiura and Brass Band of Sulmierzyce conducted by Piotr Janik .
